Architectural accessibility
Building A, located in Warsaw at ul. Barska 28/30, which is the seat of the State Labour Inspection Chief Labour Inspectorate, is adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. There are stairs with railings, leading to the entrance to building A in Warsaw, ul. Barska 28/30. Directly in front of the entrance door there is a paved access way (landing). On the left side of the entrance there is a lift for people with disabilities, which allows access to the seat of the SLI CLI for wheelchair users. Next to the door of the lift there is a button allowing a person with disability to call the lift down without help. The on/off button is located inside the lift for people with disabilities. On the ground floor of the building there is a toilet facility adapted to the needs of wheelchair users. There are no thresholds in the building. Entrance doors to all the rooms are 90 cm wide. Lifts in the building are 90 cm wide and have buttons in Braille. It is possible to enter the building and all its rooms with assistance dogs and guide dogs. There are no induction loops in the building. Directly in front of building A there is one parking place for persons with disabilities, marked with a P-20 blue box and a P-24 symbol.
Building B, located in Warsaw at ul. Barska 28/30, which is the seat of the State Labour Inspection Chief Labour Inspectorate, including the State Labour Inspection Counselling Centre, is adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. There are no stairs leading to building B; there is paved access to the building on the ground level. There are no thresholds in the building. Entrance doors to all the rooms are 90 cm wide. The lift in the building is 90 cm wide. It is possible to enter the building and all its rooms with assistance dogs and guide dogs. There are no induction loops in the building. There is no parking place for people with disabilities directly in front of building B, but the parking place for people with disabilities in front of building A is approximately 50 m away.
Amenities
Lifts located in building A have buttons in Braille and loudspeakers announcing on which floor the lift has stopped – convenient for visually impaired people.
Toilet facilities for people with disabilities are located in corridors for public use; they are equipped with additional amenities facilitating personal hygiene procedures for wheelchair users or parents of young children.
